The structure of the lamp, gray, porous, irregular symbolizes the soil, dry, cracked - is inspired by images from the trend of Polish matter painting of the Nowohucka Group. The material from which the lamps were made - paper - is destroyed, broken into tiny pieces, which under the influence of temperature again connect to a new, completely different whole. "Paper" is later allowed to form in any way and in its final form evokes associations with the nature from which it derives de facto. The form of the lamp refers to the shape of the earth, the planet. After switching on, the lamp changes completely, comes alive. What animates it - its "core" is the source of light. After its inclusion, our eyes reveal a glowing planet from which the light spills out. Globe belongs to the collection of lamps combined with the common title "Copernicus".
