Made with a very special technique, a real orchid flower is used in a process. This is a unique -one of a kind piece, a new flower is used for each pendant.
Orchids (Orchidaceae family) earned their name from the Greek word orchis, meaning testicle. Their fleshy underground tubers were thought to resemble testicles. I used orchid from my window shelf plant to make the pendant. I am not trying to beautify my jewelry so there might be some irregularities, I see this as a part of the outstanding design of nature.
